Highlights for 2026

• All medical plans will be administered by Cigna Healthcare and include access to behavioral health coverage
• Pharmacy benefits remain with Express Scripts
• Retaining 5 current medical plans: Duke Select, Duke Basic*, Cigna Care* (formerly Blue Care), Duke Options, and Duke USA
• New high deductible plan for 2026 called Duke Advantage, a plan with a Health Savings Account
• All plans cover Preventive Care as required by the Affordable Care Act at 100% (no charge to member) when an in-network provider is seen
• Compare health plans using the Cigna Easy Choice Tool
• Use the Provider Directories to confirm that your medical and behavioral health providers participate in your plan’s network
• New premium schedule for 2026

*Duke Basic and Cigna Care: These plans are frozen to new enrollments. Current members may keep their current coverage in 2026 or remove dependents from coverage. No other changes may be made.
