Your Benefits

As a new staff member, you have 30 days from your date of employment to enroll in certain benefits, including medical, dental, vision and reimbursement account plans. Make your benefit selections carefully as you will not be able to make changes afterward until the next annual open enrollment period, unless you have a qualifying life event.

Required Training & Policies

New staff are required to complete certain training and certify understanding of policies. Many of these requirements stem from federal or state regulations that apply to all educational, research and patient-care institutions.
