All employees are required to attend orientation.

New hires and newly eligible employees should sign up for their benefit orientation within their first month of hire to avoid missing important information and deadlines regarding your benefits.
Employees must enroll in health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and reimbursement accounts within 30 days of gaining eligibility. The Faculty and Staff Benefit Orientation modules in the Learning Management System (LMS) and DHIP Faculty orientations will also cover time sensitive information regarding the service waivers for the Duke LTD plan and the 403(b) service waivers.
