As a manager, you have a role in supporting the transition for staff leaving Duke. Specific guidelines and procedures have been established for staff leaving Duke based on the following categories:

• Voluntary Resignations or Retirements
• Exit Survey Process
• Involuntary Terminations
• Reduction-In-Force
