Duke offers the Duke University Faculty and Staff Retirement Plan as a savings plan that both employees paid biweekly and employees paid monthly can contribute to on a pre-tax basis, Roth after-tax basis, or a combination of both to save for retirement. Employees paid biweekly are also eligible for the Employees' Retirement Plan (ERP), which is a pension plan paid for entirely by Duke.
