The Duke South EOHW Clinic is accessible via a direct, badge-access-only, entrance on Flowers Drive, just south of the Trent Drive intersection, across from the Sarah P. Duke Gardens. From inside the Duke Clinic building, follow the signs on the first floor to Clinic 1K, then take the double Orange Elevators to the sub-basement. Follow the hallway to the right to the EOHW check-in desk.

The Emergency Department may only be utilized for work-related injuries that are truly emergencies and that warrant that level of care, or for other work-related injuries when EOHW is closed. Employees who present to the Emergency Department with work-related injuries during EOHW business hours may be financially responsible for unauthorized treatment.
