Join LIVE FOR LIFE during your lunch break for virtual classes designed with gentle stretches you can do while sitting at your desk or standing up. Each session includes a warm-up, focused stretches, and a relaxing cool down. Every few weeks, we'll target different "problem areas" such as the lower back, hips, wrists, and arms. We welcome participant suggestions for specific focus areas.

This 20 minute session will be over Zoom starting on January 13th at 12:30 p.m.
