Valuing Differences

For employees of Duke University and DUHS. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs): 0.3 Differences--the workplace is abundant with them and they present an opportunity for dynamic growth when leveraged in our everyday workplace interactions. Valuing differences highlights the concepts of cultural competence and interpersonal savvy. Valuing differences matures knowledge and skills around three unifying concepts: identity, cultural adaptation and communication, and interpersonal savvy.
