For employees of Duke University and DUHS Continuing Education Credits (CEUs): 0.6 Duration: Two days; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM both days. Gain the mindset and skillset for getting what you need to succeed! This course was developed for individual contributors who want to continue growing, learning and succeeding in their jobs. The course is based on the work of Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership II for Managers. We will learn about the way adults learn to do their job over time and how to keep your skills relevant as ever.
