We recognize team members for referring talent to Duke Health. Through our Team Member Referral Program, Duke University Health System and Duke University team members who refer qualified candidates for any posted clinical and non-clinical positions on Careers.DukeHealth.org may be eligible for monetary rewards and prizes. The rewards for referral are broken down by two categories paid out to the referring team member in one lump sum in their paycheck after the new hire’s 90-day anniversary.
