Additional Training and Support for SuccessFactors

Since the launch of SuccessFactors, Duke’s new recruiting, hiring and onboarding system, we have received more than 124,000 job applications and processed 2,300 hires or transfers. We have also continued to identify and work through several issues to enhance the usability of the tool.

We appreciate the patience and feedback of our hiring managers, who have partnered with us through this process. Duke Human Resources has scheduled several additional training sessions to review common issues and how to address them in the new system. Hiring managers are encouraged to bring a laptop to walk through the process during the training sessions.

An online session will also be scheduled in the near future for those unable to attend a session in person.
