Classes are scheduled at your convenience. Most classes are 30 minutes long but they can also be expanded or shortened according to your interests.  Classes are free of charge but require a minimum of 12 participants (Small departments may be combined). Personal Assistance Service is the faculty and employee assistance program of Duke University. The staff of licensed professionals offer assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to help resolve a range of personal, work, and family problems. PAS services are available free of charge to Duke faculty and staff, and their immediate family members.
