Tuberculosis Questionnaire
Please complete the tuberculosis questionnaire if you cannot take the TB skin test and this has been documented by EOHW.
Lab Worker Annual TB Screening
TB skin tests (PPDs) placed by EOH, without redness or swelling, may be read by any RN, MD, PA, NP, or DO (other than yourself) 48-72 hours after it was placed. PPDs with any redness, swelling, or induration must be read in person at a Duke EOH clinic. Current select employees required to submit annual symptom monitoring will receive an email reminder 30 days in advance of expiration with a link to the TB questionnaire.
