Via I-85 South (from Oxford/Henderson):

  1. Take the Hillandale Road Exit. 
  2. Turn LEFT at the stoplight at end of ramp.
  3. Continue straight on Hillandale/Fulton to Erwin Road (Duke Hospital will be directly in front of you, the VA on the right).
  4. Turn LEFT on Erwin Road. 
  5. Go to second stoplight, turn RIGHT onto Trent Drive.
  6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
  7. Follow directions below: From the parking deck to EOHW Clinic.

Via I-85 North (from Greensboro):

  1. I-85 North to Exit 172 (NC 147 – Durham Freeway).
  2. From the Durham Freeway, take Exit 6 for Fulton Street.
  3. Go to second stoplight to Erwin Road.
  4. Turn LEFT on Erwin Road (Duke Hospital will be directly in front of you, the VA on the right).
  5. Go to second stoplight turn RIGHT onto Trent Drive.
  6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
  7. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck to EOHW Clinic.

Via I-40 West (from Raleigh):

  1. Take I-40 West to NC-147 Durham Freeway, Exit 279B North.
  2. Take Exit 279B and merge onto NC-147/I-885. 
  3. Stay left on NC-147 and then take Exit 5 to Trent Drive/Elba Street.
  4. Follow the off-ramp to stop sign. Bear left onto Trent Drive. 
  5. Go to stoplight and continue straight on Trent across Erwin Road.
  6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
  7. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck to EOHW Clinic.

Via 15-501 North (from Chapel Hill):

  1. Take 15-501 North Bypass.
  2. Take the 751/Duke University Exit.
  3. At the stoplight, turn RIGHT onto 751/Cameron Blvd.
  4. At first stoplight, turn LEFT onto Erwin Road.
  5. Go to the seventh stoplight and turn RIGHT onto Trent Drive.
  6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
  7. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck to EOHW Clinic.

From Parking Deck to EOHW Clinic:

  1. Exit the parking deck on the ground level and walk across the street under the covered walkway.
  2. Enter through the main entrance of the Duke Clinics.
  3. Once inside the building, walk straight towards the gray elevators. Once you pass the 3 gray elevators, make a left.
  4. Continue straight until you reach the end of the hall (you will see the purple elevator) and turn LEFT.
  5. Head towards the end of the hall passing clinic 1J.
  6. Once you pass clinic 1J turn RIGHT (towards clinic 1K) and you will find the orange elevator to your LEFT.
  7. Take the orange elevator down to the SB (sub-basement) level.
  8. Exit the elevator to your right and follow the signs to EOHW reception.
