Overview
Rewards and Recognition (R&R) provides service to supervisors and employing units with respect to job analysis, job descriptions, and job evaluation involving both traditional and broad band pay structures. In addition, R&R collects and analyzes data to support senior leadership and line supervisors with salary recommendations that are compliant with legal requirements, responsive to market competitiveness, reflective of internal equity, and grounded in a performance based pay policy.
