With over a decade of successful experience driving purpose and performance in individuals and organizations, Marjorie works to design strategic content that supports solutions needed for people and systems to thrive when faced with challenges and opportunities associated with complex organizations. This includes targeted consulting projects, managing multiple programs and leading talent development courses designed to upload and contribute to Duke University and Health System mission, vision and values. Marjorie oversees Duke University New Hire Orientation, Star Achievement Series™: CEAP Designation, Foundational Skills Program (FSP) and co-facilitates SHRM Certificate Prep Courses.
