This project management course is offered by Learning & Organization Development in partnership with Durham Technical Community College and Tanden, LLC. Project Management is a universally recognized discipline that encompasses the application of skills, knowledge, tools, and processes required to meet the expectations and needs of key stakeholders. This course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of the project management discipline. Learning will be facilitated through a healthy combination of lecture, assessment, and hands-on exercises where participants can immediately apply useful lessons learned.

NOTE: This course is 2 half days from 9AM-1PM on both days and will take place virtually, via Zoom. The course will be facilitated in partnership with Durham Tech Community College.
