PRE-WORK: Please note that there is approximately 3 hours of self-directed pre-work to complete prior to attending Day 1. The pre-work is required and is actively monitored by the Blanchard Exchange and your facilitator.
ASSESSMENT: We will use the LBAII (Leader Behavior Analysis II) assessment; all participants must complete the assessment at least one week prior to the start of the course. The facilitator will send an email with instructions on how to access the assessment at least two weeks prior to the class start date.
