Could you be experiencing burnout? If so, how can you realign and reboot? In this course, we have the opportunity to delve into how each one of us experience the physical, emotional and behavioral signs and symptoms of burnout in our lifetimes. By identifying what burnout looks and feels like for the individual, we are able to evaluate ourselves, learn from the past and implement the components of resilience. This session is filled with self-reflection and peer coaching for each participant to build their resilience.
