At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:

Assessment

This course uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assessment and focuses in depth on all five modes of conflict resolution.

Pre-Work

The facilitator will send required pre-work to registered participants one week before the course start date. All participants must complete the assessment before attending class.
