Gina puts her passion for development and performance improvement to work by helping individuals and organizations transition from where they are, to where they want to be. Gina designed and facilitated Business & Industry’s flagship program, Management Essentials at Guilford Technical Community College. In her role as a Consultant, Learning & Organizational Development, Gina is for responsible for developing world-class frontline leaders through the Professional Development Academy at Duke. Additionally, Gina serves as an adjunct coach and faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership.
Gina subscribes to the philosophy of leadership as a shared experience. She collaborates with clients to create results-based learning that aligns learning with the business strategy. To improve individual and organizational performance, Gina employs a variety of training technologies as a certified business acumen, conflict, customer service, leadership, and organizational systems facilitator.
As a credentialed practitioner, Gina administers a variety of interpersonal and organizational level assessments such as: DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behaviors, Workplace Big 5 & 360, CCL Assessment Suite, Discovery Learning Assessment Suite and Six Domains Leadership.
Gina keeps abreast of industry research and trends, and builds lasting relationships by leveraging her local and national memberships in ATD, ISPI, and SHRM.
