Candis Watts Smith, professor of political science at Duke Trinity College of Arts and Sciences, will moderate the keynote conversation with Abby Phillip, anchor for CNN’s NewsNight, at Duke University’s annual MLK Commemoration on Sunday, Jan. 18.
