- This discount does not apply to insurance-paid repairs. We are not legally permitted to discount any work billed to an insurance provider.
- Full deductibles must be paid on insurance claims.
- However, if an insurance repair is being performed, Duke employees will receive a $200 credit toward any unrelated customer pay repairs completed during the same repair period. (This is in addition to the customer pay repairs being priced at Michael Jordan employee labor rates.
- This is a great opportunity to address additional cosmetic or unrelated damage while your vehicle is already in the shop.
