Online Performance Management

As part of an ongoing pilot program, the performance management process is now available online through Duke@Work. Supervisors can access performance reviews through the "MyTeam" section of the Duke@Work self-service website. Employees may access the performance reviews via the "MyCareer" section of Duke@Work.

If you are not sure whether your department is participating in the online PEP process, please check with your school, department, or the Human Resources representative for your Management Center. In order for performance reviews to be created in Duke@Work, you must first ensure that supervisor-employee relationships are established using the Maintain Reporting Relationship tool. Those relationships must be fully established prior to using the online performance management system for the current fiscal year review process. The online process mirrors the paper process but allows for information to be tracked and shared electronically. A guide has been developed for managers (University Performance Management Tool for Managers) and employees (Performance Review Documentation for Duke University Employees) to walk through the online process.
