- Establish Common Processes - Pay & Performance will help create consistent rules for evaluating performance and determining rewards across the Health System.
- Align Goals - Common goals have been established in four areas throughout the Health System and its individual components to help individuals better understand how what they do every day contributes to the success of the Health System.
- Link Pay with Performance - Determining pay increases based on individual performance that is aligned with organizational goals will enable managers to provide greater rewards to those most responsible for success.
- Redefining Performance - Managers will measure performance by looking at behaviors as well as results.
