Moving from Peer to Supervisor

For employees of Duke University and DUHS. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs): 0.4 You have taken on one of the most challenging assignments for a supervisor - Managing people who used to be your peers. In this workshop, we will identify how your role has changed, explore opportunities and potential pitfalls when leading others, and learn strategies for becoming a successful supervisor. This workshop will also be useful if you are just at the point of considering becoming a supervisor.
