Helping Our Neighbors Relocated from Durham Public Housing
Hundreds of McDougald Terrace public housing residents in Durham have been evacuated amid reports of unsafe living conditions. Duke is collecting donations to support families who were displaced, and 100 percent of donations made between January 10 through January 31 will go to support these families.
Focusing on Mental & Emotional Wellbeing
An upcoming issue of Working@Duke will highlight resources, benefits, and services available to staff and faculty for mental health and well-being, a core area of the Healthy Duke initiative. As part of that effort, please take a few minutes to complete this brief questionnaire about your personal experience.
Get a Team and Get Moving
The 2020 Get Moving Challenge has begun, and it’s not too late to join. It’s time to fulfil those healthy New Year’s resolutions. Form a team and start tracking your steps, exercise minutes and/or weight lost during the 10-week challenge.
