The tool is designed to deliver timely and accurate answers to HR questions related to policies, benefits, programs, services, and resources.
Duke employees must log-in using their NetID credentials to access the tool, which then provides specific results based on institutional criteria such as your Continuous Service Date, organizational area, and exemption status.
