Wellness Expo 2019

Another step toward Healthy Duke

The DIY Wellness expos are a series of events occurring across campus to help connect the Duke Community to wellness resources at Duke and beyond. Visit one of three Wellness Expos to receive:

  • Be among the first to receive your free, annual flu shot!
  • Free chair massages
  • A free, confidential Health Assessment – spend 20 minutes with a Registered Nurse to discover all your positive health habits and identify areas for change.  Have your cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, and body mass index measured, and set personal goals.
  • An introduction to the new My Health wellness portal – a customized web experience that embraces smart tools and thoughtful design to inspire new, healthy changes and connects you with resources that can lead to better health.
  • Additional wellness activities, giveaways, and resources provided by Healthy Duke, LIVE FOR LIFE, and various partners from the Duke Community.
