The Duke Run/Walk Club is a group of Duke employees who gather together for support and coaching to help reach their fitness goals by walking, running, or a combination of both.

Groups gather at West Campus' Al Buehler Trail, East Campus at the Wall, across from the HR Building (705 Broad St), and at the Duke Raleigh Gardens. East and West Campus groups meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday and Wednesdays. Duke Raleigh meets on Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. Groups can expect a casual and fun environment with gentle motivation and support for success.

If you can't make group meetings, choose a fitness level that works best for you and participate by doing the workouts on your own.

Report Your Sessions

Each week you have the opportunity to report the days you train with the Run/Walk Club, whether it's with a group, on your own or on another day. You may earn credit for up to two sessions per week, since we meet as a group twice each week. LIVE FOR LIFE dollars are earned by reporting your sessions by May 27th.
