My Health Web Portal

Duke's My Health wellness portal embraces smart tools and a thoughtful design to inspire new, healthy changes and guide staff and faculty to the resources that can lead to better health. This website is your gateway to current and useful health and wellness information on what's going on across Duke to help you experience a successful and healthy year.

Some LIVE FOR LIFE programs are on hold to allow Employee Occupational Health & Wellness staff to work on COVID-19 contract tracing.

LIVE FOR LIFE offers a variety of wellness opportunities, such as health assessments and education, smoking cessation programs, fitness activities and nutrition activities, to help eligible faculty, staff and family members reach their health and fitness goals. For more options, please see Health & Wellness.

Health Assessment

Work with a Health Professional. Get started by participating in My Health - a free, confidential health assessment given through LIVE FOR LIFE, Duke's employee wellness program.  My Health gives you the opportunity to have your cholesterol, blood sugar (for those at risk), blood pressure, height and weight measured and your body mass index calculated. An online questionnaire will also give you feedback on your current health measures and health practices. You may complete the questionnaire online or in-person.

Duke Farmers Market

Shop while you work and take home fresh, local fruits and vegetables. LIVE FOR LIFE sponsors the Duke Farmers Market on Fridays beginning April 25. Take a break, walk to the Market, buy lunch-to-go, and purchase fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers.  Watch for Chefs from Duke Dining as they create tempting recipes and offer tasty treats. Pick up tips for creating nutritious meals at home.

Mobile Farmers Market

The Duke Mobile Farmers Market connects local farmers with the Duke community to help in meeting the demands for fresh, safe produce. Local farms in the Triangle area have continued to meet the growing demand for safe produce by selling their produce directly from their farms, or by delivering it safely to your home.

Duke Fitness Club

The Duke Fitness Club includes a network of full-service fitness facilities in locations throughout North Carolina that offer Duke faculty, staff, retirees and their families discounted membership rates.

Duke Run/Walk Club

The Duke Run/Walk Club provides walking and running programs for all fitness levels. This 12-week program will help you improve your fitness level while having fun with your co-workers in a group setting. Independent participation options are also available.

Exercise & Fitness

Additional fitness activities and events are available at Duke to help faculty and staff who are interested in starting an exercise program or enhancing their current exercise routine.
