Membership Rates
$0.00 enrollment fee per household. Member will not be subject to "change" fees, as long as their accounts are active with LIVE FOR LIFE.
Individuals who currently have a membership with Life Time Cary or Life Time Raleigh may qualify for an additional subsidy to switch to a LIVE FOR LIFE membership. *Subject to club verification; savings will discontinue upon cancellation of membership or termination of employment.
Membership rates are subject to change at any time at the request of Life Time. Members affected will be provided a notice (by LIVE FOR LIFE) on when new prices will become effective. Membership rates are non-negotiable and set by Life Time for each account holder based on enrollment timeframe and membership type.
Primary member must be over 18. Children 3 months through 13 years old may be added to the membership for an additional $30 fee per child for Onyx Limited or $10 per child for Bronze. At age 14, children are considered an "adult" and will count as an adult on a membership in addition to adults existing on a membership.

Membership Removals and Cancellations
All Life Time members must follow a 2-step cancellation process when removing a member off of an account, or cancelling the entire account.
- To stop/change payments to LIVE FOR LIFE, you must log in with your NetID and password on our website and submit a change or cancel form. This step is what will stop your payroll deductions or payments made to LIVE FORLIFE.
- Once the change or cancel is processed, you must also submit a 30-day notice to Life Time which reflects the same information submitted to LIVE FOR LIFE. Additional information about this process can be found here. The Life Time Policy can be found on their website.

Upon termination of employment or inability to provide membership dues, LIVE FOR LIFE reserves the right to end a membership contract with or without notice. While we make our best effort to notify customers, terminations, leave of absence and other status changes sometimes nullifies email addresses and phone numbers. Please note that while we will end your LIVE FOR LIFE with Life Time, we are not responsible for ending the agreement you will continue to hold directly with Life Time.
