Program Information
- Gracie Combatives - Gracie Jiu Jitsu for general adult self-defense taught in a safe and structured format. Open to ages 14+ with no prior experience necessary.
- Gracie Bullyproof - Mat Munchkins (3-4 yr old), Little Champs (5-7 yr old), Jr Grapplers (8-12 yr old).
- Women Empowered - Law enforcement officials and survivors of assault helped us identify the 20 most common attack strategies that a male assailant is likely to use on a woman. Women Empowered also reinforces awareness principles, risk assessment, and verbal and psychological strategies a woman can use.
