Group Workout Schedule

Total Body Strength – Mon/Wed/Fri
Our signature strength-based classes focus on functional lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls. Every session includes barbell and dumbbell work, supersets, designed to build strength and confidence.

Cardio & Conditioning – Tues/Thurs/Sat
High-energy conditioning classes blend interval training, circuits, and functional movement for endurance and stamina. Thursday features cycle conditioning for an added cardio challenge.

Hot Yoga (Reset Room) : Tues/Thur/Sun
Special workshops and yoga sessions in The Reset Room to recharge and restore balance.
