Differences-the workplace is abundant with them and they present an opportunity for dynamic growth when leveraged in our everyday workplace interactions. Valuing differences provides the tools for improving knowledge and skills related to the concepts of intercultural competence around three unifying areas: identity, cultural adaptation and communication, and interpersonal savvy. Learners in this course will improve cultural awareness, explore their own intercultural style and be better at suspending judgment during culturally diverse interactions.
