Maintenance of Time Off Records Policy

Policy Statement

For all of the time away from work policies provided by Duke, the respective schools/departments/units are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of accrued time records for monthly-salaried and hourly-paid staff, and for ensuring time is reported accurately through the appropriate time recording and reporting systems as defined by the availability for work guidelines.
