If you have a loan with the Duke Faculty and Staff Retirement Plan, please set up your bank information and elect reoccurring payment date no later than February 15, 2019.

Step 1: Set Up Your Bank Information

You will need to provide the banking information listed below:

  • Type of account (checking or savings)
  • Name on account
  • Bank routing number
  • Bank account number

To set up your bank account information, call Fidelity at 800-343-0860 or complete the following steps:

  1. Log on to your Fidelity NetBenefits account at Fidelity.com/duke.
  2. From the home screen, select Electronic Payments from the Quick Links drop-down menu.
  3. Complete the section called Bank Account for Sending Payments by entering your personal bank account number, routing number, name on account, and account type.

Step 2: Select a Reoccurring Payment Date

To select or change a reoccurring payment date, call Fidelity at 800-343-0860 or complete the following steps:

  1. Log on to your Fidelity NetBenefits account at Fidelity.com/duke.
  2. From the home screen, select Loans or Withdrawals from the Quick Links drop-down menu.
  3. Select View Existing or Paid Loans.
  4. On the next screen, select Set up recurring loan repayments under the Your Existing Loans section and follow the remaining steps as prompted.
