Personal Assistance Service

Personal Assistance Service is the faculty and employee assistance program of Duke University. The staff of licensed professionals offer assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to help resolve a range of personal, work, and family problems. PAS services are available free of charge to Duke faculty and staff, and their immediate family members.

We're all doing more with less and it takes a toll on body, mind and spirit. How To Manage Stress can help you learn some skills for managing stress and gaining perspective on the stressors in your life. Since stress means different things to different people, five topics are available.

Stress Management Classes

Classes are scheduled at your convenience. Most classes are 30 minutes long but they can also be expanded or shortened according to your interests.  Classes are free of charge but require a minimum of 12 participants (Small departments may be combined).
