Employee Tuition Assistance Program Application

The Employee Tuition Assistance Program provides reimbursement of tuition for eligible classes taken at Duke or any other higher educational institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (click on "Commission on Colleges" and select "NC" from the map) with a presence in North Carolina. Certification programs that do not provide academic credit are not eligible for reimbursement. Please submit your application prior to the start of your course.

Applications are submitted at the MyBenefits section in Duke@Work.  Step-by-step instructions on how to complete an application are available here. If you need assistance using Duke@Work, please review the frequently asked questions.

Note: You must complete and submit a new application each semester prior to the start of classes through Duke@Work. If you attend a school with varied course start dates in the same academic term and wish to be reimbursed after the completion of each individual course, then submit a separate application for each course.
