Navigating Challenging Personalities

For employees of Duke University and DUHS Continuing Education Credits (CEUs): 0.4 In every workplace, you're likely to encounter some challenging personalities. The first step in dealing with a possible conflict situation is to determine if and how you might be contributing to the situation. This course will identify four types of conflict, how to defuse emotionally charged situations, and how to identify and deal with negative behaviors.
