Calling Duke Employee Artists
Working@Duke is introducing a new series of stories that will highlight individuals, departments, schools and units that are taking action to better understand and address racial inequities at Duke. Staff and faculty are invited to create a graphic to represent the series. The art should reflect the values and aspirations of Duke as an inclusive community that honors people of color and their experiences and contributions.
Reminder: Flu Vaccination Deadlines Approaching
More than 25,000 employees have already been vaccinated against influenza. Annual vaccination against the flu is required for all University staff and faculty working on-site. The deadline for requesting a medical or religious exemption for the vaccination must be submitted by Monday, Oct. 19. Otherwise, vaccinations must be completed by Nov. 10.
