Bias and Hate Issue Committee Begins Work on Campus
As part of the university’s implementation of last year’s recommendations on bias and hate issues on campus, a new committee of faculty, students and staff began regular meetings this month. Their task is to strengthen the university’s policies and practices that influence student bias/hate prevention and responses.
New Pharmacy Offers Convenient Access on West Campus
A full-service pharmacy opened last week in the new Student Health Center on West Campus and will offer participants in Duke’s medical plans the option of purchasing long-term maintenance medications (90-day supply) at the on-site pharmacy under the same guidelines as Express Scripts Mail Order, which offers a lower co-payment and is not subject to the $100 deductible for brand/non-formulary drugs.
