Extended Deadline for Presidential Award Nominations

We are extending the deadline for submission of Presidential Award nominations to Nov. 22 to ensure our leaders across Duke have an opportunity to identify individuals and teams who best exemplify the values that continue to distinguish this institution as one of the best universities and academic medical centers in the country.

We know that recognition is a key driver of motivation and employee satisfaction in the workplace. Taking the time to nominate a star employee or team can reinforce the types of effort and behavior that we want everyone at Duke to emulate, and such efforts create enduring value for those nominated.
