Concerned About In-Person Voting? Request an Absentee Ballot
If you are concerned about your health by voting in person, you can request an absentee ballot. All registered voters may request an absentee ballot for the general election. No special circumstance or reason is needed to receive and vote a mail-in absentee ballot in North Carolina. Visit the N.C. State Board of Elections website to learn how to request and submit your absentee ballot to ensure it is received to be counted toward the general election.
