Do I have to pay for the app?
No. EZ Receipts™ is one of the many free features that is included as part of your HealthEquity benefit plan. It is available for download for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
How will I know if a claim or receipt I submitted via the app was received?
We will send you an email to let you know that your claim has been received, processed or paid.
The item I purchased requires a prescription. Can I use the EZ Receipts app to upload that too?
Yes. If you indicate that the purchased Over-the-Counter (OTC) item requires a prescription, the app will prompt you to upload an image of the prescription to support your claim or verification.
