An evaluation at the close of the executive search process will enable Duke to make continuous
improvement in recruiting for success. If the department used the services of an executive search
firm, documentation of the success and/or failure of the firm's ability to provide services will allow
those conducting future searches to have the benefit of previous experience. Evaluation of the
recruitment process in general will offer Human Resources feedback for enhancement of services and
