Learn a variety of techniques for looking at work problems in new ways—so that you can break the cycle of insanity and get different results. Prior to the program you will be sent a worksheet to help you identify a problem to work on in class. We will share our creative energies and practice these techniques to explore new approaches to previously intractable problems and to generate possible solutions. Objectives:

• refine a presenting problem into the real problem that must be solved
• learn new tools for generating and evaluating ideas
• develop solutions to a real work issue using techniques from this workshop
