This workshop is designed for Health System managers who are interested in developing and implementing strategies to improve work culture. Using managers' actual Work Culture Survey results and the expected managerial behaviors, managers will develop a plan for enhancing organizational performance through the alignment of managerial expectations and work culture. Workshop objectives:

• learn a process for understanding work culture results and what they mean
• identify managerial practices for enhancing work culture
• explore implications for change on work culture
• develop an individual plan for managerial improvement
• develop a plan for organizational improvement
