Objectives:
Explore the personal responses that commonly result when people experience multiple changes in their organization. You will learn ways to increase your ability to manage the transitions caused by change with less disruption and distress in your life and work.
- identify your typical responses to change and transition
- understand the 7 principles of dealing effectively with transitions
- develop an action plan for managing a current transition successfully
