Leading Organization Transitions

Objectives:

Successful managers proactively lead organizational change and transitions with their staff. Whether planned or tornado-like, change must be handled in a thoughtful, comprehensive way. Understand the dynamics of change and explore techniques to cope with the upheaval. Learn a template for approaching either unexpected or necessary change to maximize staff morale and effectiveness. Workshop objectives:

  • understand the phases of change and transitions, including how they may impact the workplace
  • understand the human and organizational responses to change
  • learn new techniques for leading change during organizational transitions
  • learn and apply best practices for approaching organizational transitions as a leader
  • learn to proactively prevent the damaging consequences of change
  • apply the organizational transitions and change template to your planning
